Terry Kline’s professional career began in Philadelphia where he practiced in the Trust and Estates Divisions of Duane, Morris & Heckscher and Wolf Block before moving to Media, Pennsylvania in 1991 where he has maintained an office ever since.
Terry’s law practice has focused exclusively on Wills, Trusts, Estates and related disciplines (see Practice Areas). His estate plans minimize taxes and maximize the enjoyment of assets. He helps families with the legal affairs associated with the estates of their departed loved ones. Terry counsels clients in the creation and operation of charitable foundations and other forms of charitable gifts. He offers advice for family business planning.
Terry writes and lectures on estate planning topics, and he is a member of many professional groups that advance the study of Wills and Trusts. He is the co-editor of Estate Planning in Pennsylvania, a practitioner’s handbook, published by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. He is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and he is active in many professional and community organizations. He is annually selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers.
